1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Rentals:
- Cancellation 48 hours or more before the rental start date: Full refund.
- No deposit refund if canceled one week prior to the scheduled pick up.
- Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before the rental start date: 50% refund of the total rental amount.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental start date: No refund.

- Bookings made under special offers, discounts, or promotional rates are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to pick up the rental car at the scheduled time and date without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be issued.
3. Early Return Policy
- If you return the rental car before the end of the agreed rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused rental days.
4. Late Return Policy
- If you return the rental car later than the agreed return time, additional charges may apply. These charges will be specified in your rental agreement.

6. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other events beyond our control, we may need to cancel your reservation. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
