  • Vehicle Care: You agree to treat the rented vehicle with care and return it in the same condition as when rented, barring normal wear and tear.

5. Fees and Payments You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your rental, including any applicable taxes, refueling, or damage fees, according to the terms of your rental agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your rental according to the terms specified in the rental agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in your specific rental agreement.

7. Prohibited Uses You may not use our vehicles for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, transporting illegal substances, illegal trade, or unauthorized subrenting.

8. Intellectual Property The content, design, graphics, and other materials provided through our services are the property of AZAB Rentals and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability AZAB Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services.

11. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.
